Still Haven't Received Confirmation Emails

I'm starting to get really worried. I sent my Common App to UVA, Colgate, William and Mary, and Brown on the 29th and my essays to all except Colgate on the 31st. UVA has sent me an email showing that they have received all of my application components, so they're good. Colgate sent me an email showing that all I still have to send is the writing supplement, so they're basically good.

Brown sent me an email on the 31st (about an hour before I sent my writing supplement) saying that they've received everything except the writing supplement. However, I haven't heard a thing from them since.

I haven't heard anything from William and Mary. They say to give them two weeks, and its almost been weeks. Is that a normal time?

Should I be worried? When is it okay to start contacting these schools to ask if they have my applications? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Some schools will send you confirmation emails within a few days and others will send them within a few weeks. I wouldn’t be worried if I were you. I got some emails within a day and some others after over two weeks had passed. I would send an email after those two weeks if they said you would receive confirmation within two weeks. Just do whatever keeps you calm, it can’t hurt to ask.

Also, you might be able to check your application status on the colleges portal. Some schools send login information in emails, but others allow you to make accounts at your own leisure.
