Conflicted PLZ HELP ASAP

There’s a girl at my school that i heard changed her transcript with the help of some tech savvy people and her boyfriend . I know for a fact ,since she’s mentioned in one of the classes I have with her, that she really wants to study in Spain. I heard that her boyfriend had done the exact same thing and is also studying abroad in Spain. With that being said, is it easier for US Citizens studying abroad to give false information that looks rather identical to the official information and still get into international institutions? This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this going around but really do international schools think that since it’s coming from the US stuff like that aren’t fabricated so they shouldn’t examine it? I’m not sure which university in Spain she applied to because I would’ve notified them by then but I don’t know what to do.

I don’t know much about applying abroad but I’m assuming transcripts are sent directly by high schools. I’ve heard about resume frauds detected by adcoms but those applicants usually come from places like India and China where corruption is a part of life.

@“Yalie 2011” thanks for your input although the students that I’ve heard that apply to these International Schools mail their transcripts after getting them signed and sealed

My personal opinion - don’t mess with your transcripts or do anything that’s illegal or unethical. Plenty of people do it, and they succeed because of it. Others get caught and mess up their reputations and careers.
