<p>I requested the part one application by mail and it arrived with my ID on the sticker. However, it says I can fill it out and send it in online. The problem is I cant create a login. Even if i was able to, to actually login it wants the usc ID which i have, but how would the know its me. </p>
<p>Can someone outline the process of applying online because I cant get a login.</p>
