Confused about School Reports/Instructor Evaluations.

Will be applying as a transfer to UVA and Cornell and a couple others for fall semester as a sophomore. I've asked two professors to write me recommendations and they have already done so. Do they just place those in envelopes and send them to the admissions office or I also have to print out the instructor evaluations and give those to put in the envelope as well? Also for the secondary school report I have to give that to my high school counselor and they need to fill it out and send it to the school as well? If I'm applying to like 5 schools won't it be a bit repetitive/annoying if they have to fill like 5 of those out? I also don't go to school near my high school obviously so how will I get the papers to my counselor? Just email them and ask them to print it out themselves since it's a generic sheet they've probably already done? And for the midterm report I just have to go around to my professors and let them fill it out for each school? Sorry all of this just sounds extremely repetitive since it's not online.

And by secondary school they mean high school right? What if I took a class at a community college senior year? Do I have to send in a school profile from them as well...? Seems like so much paperwork

For the IE form, follow the instructions on the college website; most schools that use the CA will require the IE form along with the LOR. You need to print out copies and fill out the top part.

Again, if the college website says to submit the Final Report form, then you need to print out copies, fill out the top part and send to your HS GC.

Same for mid-term report.

Ok thanks. For some schools they say “Instructor Evaluations should be submitted through the Common Application.” You can’t submit it through the CA though because it’s offline so they mean just print it out and send it, correct?

Correct. I think they’re just copy & pasting the instructions for fr admissions; at this point in time the only thing you can do is print forms and snail mail them.
