confused about the Annenberg supplement

<p>I have a couple questions about the following prompt:
All applicants to Broadcast and Digital Journalism, Print and Digital Journalism, or Public Relations majors must submit a one-page Statement of Intent, explaining their reasons for pursuing an education and career in journalism or public relations</p>

<p>Does "Statement of Intent" call for a certain format or level of formality? Should my one page be single spaced or double spaced?</p>
