I've been searching for an answer for an hour now and can't seem to find it. I've only seen answers for UC's or high school students but not for CC to CSU. Please help!

Ok, I am applying to CSU's and I need to calculate my GPA now.
Here's a few of my many dilemmas:

I received an F in a science course of which I retook and got an A. I was under the impression that the grade would be automatically switched out and that when applying for a CSU I only have to list the A and not the F. Well, in the last few days, I was given information that I was wrong and that I need to list the F and A because I never did academic forgiveness?

Also, I am retaking a class currently of which I did not pass last semester. When filling out my application, do I have to list the F even though I am also putting "currently taking this course" ?
If so, should I make a note of this at the end of my packet?
Will I be able to change that grade when I do the supplemental in January?

My last question is, when calculating my GPA, do I have to list my grades for even the non-transferrable courses? I know you have to do this for a UC but what about a CSU app?

This is all that's left before I submit my application, so any help is welcomed, thanks :)
