Confused with mybill. Please help

<p>It says the statement amount is $1510 and the current balance is $-190. Does this mean I still have to pay $1510 or that everthing is paid for and I have 190$ leftover?</p>

<p>It should mean that you have a credit - which will go into your direct deposit
if you set it up or will be available as a check at the office (I don’t know how
long that takes to be ready).
On MyBill - on the ‘Home screen’ where it shows your ‘balance’. Click on
‘recent account activity’ (in the highlighted middle section). Then when you
are on the screen that shows the current activity, click Fall Quarter 2011 in
the drop down box and hit Go. This screen should show you all the charges
and credits to your account so you can see how they got the negative number.
The ‘Term Balance’ is what you owe/refund assuming you don’t have any
outstanding charges from summer or spring.</p>
