Confused.

Ok The Reason im here is that we have a carrer class in HS and we have to know everything about our Potential Future Job.

But i dont Get Something About A Job Such as Investment Banker.

Ok Graduate College Top of Class. Go To a Place and Be a investment Banker.
Right?

Get a MBA so that You can move up to assosiate.
Right?

But Dont Places to get a MBA want experience?
So You need to be out of school 2 years getting experience then get a MBA? Or what is a timeline of it all?

Usually for ibanking, its a 2-3 year stint after undergrad, then MBA, then become an associate (or get another top-level job on wall street).

You don't need to be at the top of your class. If you attend a target school and maintain a good GPA (3.6+) and have some nice things to put on your resume (they don't have to be all finance related, either) then you will be a competitive applicant.

As for the general road to an MBA: investment banking for two years followed by a job at a hedge fund or private equity fund for a couple years. Then, they apply to business school.
