Confusion on Penn app

<p>I called Penn earlier today, but they didn’t really help me out.</p>

<p>On the online app, it asks for your citizenship. I am a US citizen. I have been since birth. OK, done.</p>

<p>But then it asks “If not born in the US, when did you arrive here?” I was born overseas to a US serviceman, but I didn’t come to this country until i was 2. Do I need to answer this question, or can i just leaveit blank?</p>

<p>Dumb question, but i just want to make sure i’m doing this right.</p>
