Congatulations from Wharton

<p>I got the following email:</p>

<p>"Dear EgoFocusThought:</p>

<p>Congratulations on being admitted to the Class of 2014! You were chosen from an extraordinary pool of applicants, and everyone here at Wharton is excited at the prospect of having you as a member of our newest entering class. We are confident that your unique abilities and interests will enrich our community and that you will make invaluable contributions both here and beyond.</p>

<p>You will soon receive an acceptance packet in the mail from the Wharton Undergraduate Division (international students, please be patient)."</p>

<p>It then goes on to list various things you should do in the meantime. This was sent on Monday, and I haven't received an acceptance packet from Wharton yet. Has anyone? What's inside?</p>

<p>I was accepted at Wharton, but I did not receive this email nor the packet. Anyone?</p>

<p>Well, apparently Penn had a problem with their servers, and around 200 people that were “accepted” into Wharton had actually been rejected. They said that if you do not receive an acceptance package from Wharton within a week (starting April 1st), you are one of those 200 unfortunate people.</p>

<p>Ouch…I even believed it for a second. Though, I prbly would of freaked out more if I hadnt already received my admit packet.</p>

<p>Most mail takes less than a week to arrive.</p>
