<p>My girlfriend and I both got accepted to Brown (how nerdy, right?)</p>

<p>I'm utterly confused. It sounds like we have a decision to make: Brown or Georgetown. Any feedback for somebody who hasn't visited any campuses or spoken to people from these schools?</p>

<p>i feel odd posting here. i'm not an admit, rather i am in limbo waitlist land. its an unhappy place. calidan, i've heard wonderful things about georgetown, you'll probably forget what brown univeristy even is. but if i will more than likely transfer if i get sent to hell... wait, that makes no sense b/c i would be forever doomed to hell... anyway, congrats to all and good luck!</p>

<p>Yeah im definitely going.. it was a close second to Harvard.. but didnt get in... WHO CARES/!!! I LOVE BROWN.... I was choosing between georgetown and Brown as well, but I like providence, the atmosphere of the school, the undergraduate based teaching philosophy, and the fact that i can take the classes that I WANT and not some weird required Theology classes... ;-) anyways... have I said that I LOVE BROWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>haha, good idea funkyspoon! i mean, if i show up to a class, the professors arent gonna call security to shoo me out, will they? probably not. and i can just sleep in my car for the first semester. wow, just think, not being accepted to brown could be a good thing. i could attend class and be social and everything. they wont even know i'm there and i'll still get the wonderful brown without dishing 42 thousand.</p>
