<li>I don’t think president Obama has reauthorized it yet, so I don’t think they’re accepting new attempts.</li>
<li>About the only thing you can do to impress top schools in a youth-designated event would contain the words “international,” “medal,” and “olympiad.” Do it because you want to do it, not because you think it will help for college.</li>
