Considering Switching Majors

I've never been completely decided in what I want to do, but, as a sophomore, I declared my major in film about a year ago. Now, though, I'm having second thoughts.

I am now reevaluating; trying to figure out what exactly I want to do and what would be the wisest career path. My interests are more in managing, culture, language, travel, current events, some basic political interest, learning new things, working with people, and problem solving. I'm not entirely sure what sort of career this would translate to, but I am considering one in International Studies, Political Science, or Communications.

My questions is about the majors I'm considering switching into. How relevant are they in the career field? Will I be able to find a job with either of the three I've mentioned (or perhaps one that's similar)? Someone told me that when it comes to degrees in the humanities field, that employers aren't necessarily focused on what that degree was in. Is this really the case? And if so, would continue to pursue film land me in a similar place, career wise?
