Do me a quick favor, to one (former) Lynchburger from another--where is U-Michigan? My officemates & I would like to know.

25 with UCLA

Who is top 10 national research universities?

is penn tied with anyone?

Where are Smith, Grinnell, and Wesleyan?

What the *&%%^ is Penn and Duke doing up there? US News is complete whack. I hope people start boycotting US News. Stanford, MIT, and Caltech ought to be ranked way higher than Penn and Duke.

Yeah that doesn't make much sense to me either......

is penn tied with anyone

What are the listed SAT ranges for HYP?

Hmmm I don't know UMDAD... last year, SI picked USC to win it all...

barron's: what's USC's '06 USNWR ranking?

"What are the listed SAT ranges for HYP?"

Ditto for HYPSMC, and cross reference that with UPenn and Duke.

what about UG business

is Berkeley tied with anyone, or still the top-ranked public?

how did B&N let you buy this if it isn't supposed to go on sale until the 19th? Did you steal it?

Intersting how the "new" rankings are the exact same as last year's ranking where Berkeley tied for 21, Harvard and Princeton were first, and Stanford, MIT, etc. tied for 5. Interesting how UCLA was ranked 25 last year and is the same rank in this "new" ranking.

What, did US News get lazy and just reprint last years list, or do we have a lie on our hands?

Nah, barrons is a quality poster. Perhaps everyone's built-up hype about the new rankings is misplaced.
