I don't need to consult my counselor if i want to send my ACT scores do I? sorry im much of a noob in applying to colleges

I think you will need to get the college code…it’s like a 5 or 6 digit number. You can find your school/college on the ACT website. You can add those number when filling out the questionaire for the test and they will automatically be sent. However, if you have already taken the ACT and you are wanting to send your scores to a different college, you may want to talk to your counselor about that. Hope this helps.

thx, any more help?

If you know where you want to send them, you don’t need to talk to your counselor. You can look up the college codes when you send them.

Ya, you can do it all on the website in a minute, no problem.

oh yea, when it asks for my SSN, can i give my ACT ID instead because I didn’t provide my SSN when i first registered?

yeah, the act id will work just fine.

You should use your SSN if it’s on your score report or registration for that test date; if not, you should use your ACT ID. Otherwise your scores will be delayed.
