Use online application. It's always free.

That's not correct. I completed all of my applications online and not a single one was free.

same here......

I applied to 11 which I thought was overkill but an extremely ambitious friend of mine applied to 38...yeah he's a little insane.

I bet I would win for "who has applied to the least number of colleges."

How many you ask? Only one, EA.

The highest I've ever heard of is 52.

hah...55 .

twelveeeeeeeee

Wow. Insanity. Or ambition.

holy crap.. 55 lol that's a lotta dough

if u took 55 application costs and instead applied to a few the money you saved might be your tuition down payment ! lol jk maybe not for private university maybe a state school ;x

wow.. if u r applying to 55.. u must have wasted an entire year...
It took me a few months just to file my 10 applications..

14

10 privates, 4 UCs

12:
-3 UC
-2 CSU
-3 Out of State Publics
-1 Private
-3 Service Academies

How much is it for each application generally?

12..

1 ivy (deferred)
1 almost ivy
5 high ranked LAC's (not top 5!)
2 lehigh, RPI
2 safeties
1 in Germany (accepted)

fee waived for most colleges..
9 apps withdrawn after gettin in ED II into an LAC!

"How much is it for each application generally?"

$50-$60 generally, military academies were free

my bad, not me, this absolutely insane girl from last year. she made sure she applied to at least one school from every state so she would have a good selection.

11
6 UCs
2 Ivy Leagues
2 upper tier private schools in CA
JHU

Cornell+CooperUnion+Buffalo+Binghamton+Pitt+Vermont+Stevens Institute

So thats 7, but I never completed by Stevens Apps, for for Vt I send in an old APUSH essay. So thats more like 5!

Woot! I've applied to 0. Oh wait, I'm a junior. nvm.

lol
