<p>Stanford actually did finish on top, a few years ago, when they got some huge contributions from the Hewlett and Packard families.</p>
<p>USC finished on top - I think 2 or 3 years ago, when they were finishing up a huge fundraising campaign.</p>
<p>But Harvard finishes on top more often than not.</p>
