Converse??? What the heckk?

<p>What the heck are those? Are those going to be on the SAT II Math Level 2? Are there going to be any Logic questions? If they do i'm screwed... I dunno those stupid techniques</p>

<p>Statement: If P, then Q.
Converse: If Q, then P. Not always true.
Inverse: If not P, then not Q. Not always true.
Contrapositive: If not Q, then not P. Always true. </p>

<p>Statement: If I study well, I will pass the exam.</p>

<p>Converse: If I pass the exam, I studied well.
Not necessarily true. Maybe you just got lucky.</p>

<p>Inverse: If I did not study, then I will not pass the exam.
Not necessarily true. Again, you may get lucky.</p>

<p>Contrapositive: If I did not pass the exam, I did not study well.
True.</p>

<p>I took the sat2 math 2c...didn't get any logic questions :)</p>
