Definite upward trend, with some Bs freshman year to mostly As and a couple A-s this semester. I volunteer with kids with autism every week. Commitment is 2 hr/week.
Youth Group - 9, 10, 11, 12 and Youth Group Leader - 11, 12 (+ summers)
I've been going to the same youth group since freshman year, and junior year I was chosen as one of a few upperclassmen to lead the middle school section of the youth group. Commitment is 5 hr/week for meetings.
School Dance Ensembles - 10, 11, 12
Sophomore year I participated in two school dance ensembles and choreographed for one (audition-only). Commitment for those two groups was between 5-11 hr/week. Junior year I was admitted to the most selective dance ensemble at my school, for juniors and seniors only. I will be in this ensemble again next year. Commitment is 8+ hr/week.
English Tutor - 11, 12
Recommended by my sophomore English teacher to tutor students at my school. Commitment is 2 hr/week.

The summer after my sophomore year I was a day camp counselor for over 100 1st-3rd graders. This summer I will be overseeing a division of the camp and managing counselors and CITs.
