cornell lol. yeah its a match

match. Your scores are good, and ECs are fine (if not awesome). Good luck! Hope to see you next year. Cornell '11. w00t.

Oh, wow, alright.

YEAH, I hope to see you there too.

Match...
Really?

cornell isnt a good enough ivy (ie hyp, penn) to be considered a "reach for everybody".with good stats its a match, like brown and dartmouth.

Not true. Cornell may not be ranked as high as some other ivies, Cornell still has its share of valedictorians and near perfect SAT scorers who are rejected all the same. Just because Cornell isn't ranked as high doesn't make it any less of an ivy. It also depends on the college within Cornell you're applying into. If engineering is what you're thinking about or agriculture, Cornell has one of the best undergrad (if not THE best) programs for those majors...so those may be more selective. Although CAS is one of the more selective colleges within Cornell...so setting yourself apart with a hook is almost a must...but I'm sure you're fine. If I was to be optimistic, I would say you have well above 50% shot at Cornell.
