This message is meant for "crypticism" but since she doesn't seem to have activated the "private messenging" I'll post it hear- anyone who has anything to add about these two schools (especially regarding theater) please do!

For crypticism
Since it looks like we have the same interests and are looking at the same schools I have a few questions for you:
1. What have you heard about the drama department at Cornell? I've heard great things from some people, but most people don't know about it. Do you think the fact that it doesn't have a visible reputation means anything at all? How do you think it compares to the program at Northwestern?
2. You told me that you went through the "cherub" program at NU. How intense did you find it? What were the other students there like? What would you say about the talent level- intimidating? not intimidating? Do you think the musical theater segment is very difficult to get in to? I attended the CAP 21 summer program this year (loved it) and they admitted a lot of kids who you wouldn't have expected them to. Does the same hold true for NU's program? What was the "atmosphere" like?

Thanks SOOO much for the info

Any additional info regarding these two programs is greatly appreciated
