Cornell CALS Admission?

I'm applying early decision this year to Cornell CALS. On the website, they "recommend" taking a science and math SAT subject test along with an SAT or ACT with writing. I know a few people that got in with just an SAT or ACT score but I'm am not sure of their gpa, raking, etc. The problem for me is that I feel like my SAT II scores are not that strong at all so I was wondering if I am better off just sending my ACT score alone.

Not sure what my gpa is according to my school but I have a 95 unweighted average.
This is with AP classes and honors classes (I took the hardest courses my school offered)
I have a lot of science and leadership activities along with a lot of volunteer work

I'm not sure what to do....please help?
