I'm thinking Cornell human ecology. What do you guys think?

I think your chances for specifically Cornell are slim. I believe this because you do meet the benchmarks for scores, etc; however so does everyone else. I believe you can get into one of the Top20 if you apply to many but will the one that accepts you be Cornell, I don’t know? You know what I mean?

I think you’re a really good candidate but with Ivy leagues, it’s really hard to tell because sometimes they accept people that we look past. They can see through the application and picture a person. I do think, like AJ8428, that you’ll get in somewhere in the top 20, probably better.

just be sure that they don’t just see leadership position and think that person is automatically in. extracurriculars by themselves are not impressive. i actually have no idea how youre doing your non-research extracurriculars so judge for yourself, bring out what makes them important in your essay

best of luck. the biomed research should give you a sizeable boost :)

I think you stand a good chance, but your GPA should be higher. If you took honors classes they like to see above a 4.0. Your extracurricular activities do make you stand out which is a big thing, keep up with that and maybe do something else that no one else does that makes you stand out even more. Good luck man I think you have a decent chance! Please chance me back.

Your subject tests are all pretty solid, though you might want to consider retaking the US History test. Your SAT is also good, but your GPA is a tad low. How long have you been involved with those ECs? I’d call it a low to mid reach
