Cornell Class of 2020 Early Decision Discussion

I told my mother that I wanted to open the decision on my own. BIG mistake. :))

@RSalvatierra I just told my mom I’d rather open it at school right before my basketball practice and she’s super mad now lol

lol yeah my parents want me to open the letter with them

I’m not even sure if I want to look at the decision [-(

dropping by from the brown ED thread since someone from here came and wished us luck

GET IT Y’ALL

Haha im probably going to click the link and close my eyes immediately. That is if i can click the link while my hands are shaking.

I might stop breathing when I see decisions.

I might have heart attack when I see my decision

Do you think it’ll be hard in human ecology to maintain a 3.8+ ? That’s my goal for college, just to do better than my hs gpa

I’ll have a heart attack when I see the email in my inbox

I read somewhere that the median grade for 99% of the classes in HUMEC is an A or A-

Edit: Not sure about how accurate that statement is. Don’t know if I can post the link, but you can find it by searching for “Easiest Cornell classes”. The source is the IvyGateBlog site.

Just think about it- In less than 48 hours we will know if our dreams of getting into Cornell came true or not :open_mouth:

@NorthCoaster I hope so because the last time i had a 4.0 was in middle school lol

@CCSenioritis lol same. that feel when you get a case of senioritis halfway through junior year :frowning:

@CCSenioritis i heard human ecology classes aren’t too intense

@kolakoala @CCSenioritis I have a few friends in human ecology who say that a majority of the work you get is reading

anyone heard anything about ILR? my friends roommate is a freshman in ILR and apparently he has 200 pages of reading a night… :open_mouth:

ugh i just want to find out right now :frowning: like i get so nervous at random times during the day when i think about my decision

Who here is planning not to sleep at all before decision day?

I already cant sleep!
