Did anyone else apply to the Global and Public Health Sci major in HumEc?
just wasted three hours going through twitter and instagram looking at acceptance posts from last year…

The worst is when everyone is like “Don’t worry you’re going to get in!” and your parents are like “Stop! God forbid you didn’t get in!” As if Cornell doesn’t have a 14% acceptance rate…
Really wish I could hibernate for the next 4 days.
By the way, I sent in my first quarter grades and got a “thanks for the update!” as my response. I know this isn’t a sign of anything, but did anyone get a different response when they sent in their first quarter grades?

@CCSenioritis nah dude Cornell accepts at least 10 ppl from my school every year. One year they accepted over 20 kids. We usually have 40-50ish kids apply. I guess they love us here lol.
However this year, 60 kids are applying which obviously lowers all of our chances
@davidwaloo well Cornell takes one from my whole country apparently, so I have that going for me, which is not very nice
No one from my school has ever gotten into Cornell…

Wow i did not even send in my first Q grades because no one asked me about it. I don’t think I must do since I already have that email saying that “I have completed my early decision app for cornell”

I think after CS its the second most popular major, but thats purely anecdotal
mid december is what the website says. i think around the 15th though
