Hello all! As an admitted student to Cornell (ED), I was looking around their website for event dates. Here and there they mention “Cornell Days” which is hosted in the spring (?), but there seems to be no concrete information about the date and time and location of it. Perhaps it is just another word for orientation and I misunderstood the few blurbs I read about “Cornell Days”? Or what exactly is it… I’m quite confused. Any elaboration would be very much appreciated.
It’s in April and they don’t give much advance notice. I think it’s more for RD students who aren’t quite sure about attending but ED students go also. My D didn’t attend because we are across the country and it would be kind of pricey for just a day or 2.
They definitely do not give much advanced warning at all! However, I highly recommend going if you are able to. I was accepted ED last year, and I still chose to go. There were some really interesting speeches, presentations, activities, etc. It is geared more towards RD students to convince them to attend, but I still found it valuable!
Also, congratulations on being accepted! Cornell is absolutely amazing, and I hope you love it as much as I do!
