@and1211 omg finally! You’re the first cas undecided I’ve seen on here!
@thekiwibird I did get a PIN using your method. Should I log in to my decision portal?
@299792458 I believe if you login it will just show a timer or tell you to come back at 7pm EST. I’d try it though.
@cmustang1 but im scared. I might accidentally find out
It doesn’t give you your decision. I tried
OK it just told me to wait until tomorrow
@fsadreamer Human ec undecided here lol. They gotta accept a certain % of undecided applicants
@fsadreamer I’ve been lurking for a while lol! but I’m excited to see someone else is undecided too!
@fsadreamer @and1211 You guys are happy that u know that u have more competition than u previously thought?!?!?
@David124 They could both get in, they could both be rejected. It’s not a competition to beat other people
@Dearspy well I mean cornell has a quota for each section of their university so it would be most comforting to know as few people as possible that are applying
I feel like not that many people are applying to Dyson. At least I hope so cause its so limited
@David124 I’m not sure you understand the whole “competing for admission”. All schools have a certain standard and expectation for their applicants. They LOOK for reasons to accept you. Not to deny you. You could see it as a competition, but I see it as a competition against the applicant themselves.
applying AAP, do we hear back 7pm tonight or tomorrow night? (from California so its at 4pm for me!!!)
24 hours to go…yikes! :-S
At this time tomorrow I will be reacting to the biggest L i’ve taken in my life yet
@saintlaurentdon 21 21 21
@David124 Well… yeah! Because no selective university ever compares people from different schools because grading / course offerings are different! And Cornell has never confirmed a quota of any sort. Obviously, they select a certain number of applicants each year, but we have no reason to believe they only select a certain number of people for each major. I was nervous about applying undecided, so I am relieved to see others who did as well!
Undecided inside of a certain school is different from undecided in general correct? Because from Cornell’s acceptance chart there has never been a student accepted that was undecided in general.
If you can believe it, my daughter will not be checking until Tues AM after her Chem AP test! She doesn’t want distractions.
