p issed because I have nowhere near enough suitcases for all my stuff…stressing

I’m glad that you are so enthusiastic, try to keep that with you throughout your time at Cornell. It should be a great experience - especially orientation week - make the most of it. Congrats again, and good luck on your first day.

is transfering in the spring a complete hassle compared to coming in the fall like everyone else?

Bring an umbrella =) It will rain.
Also I hope you love hills since everything is built on top of them.
I was there yesterday and everything towards the southern campus was cramped and unorganized. All the roads and the layout were uneven and if you were from the city, it’ll feel REAL different.
You’d think that a school with engineers and architects would have designed a campus that was more organized. Of course I knew another Engineering/Architect school that had buildings with rat mazes as the main layout lol.

Yes, very much so. I was initially a spring transfer, but I had to defer to fall 2009 because I didn’t have enough time to do all the paperwork.

Really? 1 large suitcase and 2 handbags +a couple of boxes was all I needed. I guess you can leave some stuff home for now; pick it up when you are back for october break.

I’m honestly really excited. I can’t wait :)
