do i need to send in an OFFICIAL midterm transcript or can i just have my professors fill out my grades by hand on cornell's midterm report form?

Aren't you really late with that?

Just have your professor sign and put a grade down and then mail it. You don't need an official midterm transcript.

lappin isnt late...there is no definite return date. They said that the form needs to be returned as soon as midterm grades are available.

Just send in your midterm report after getting the signatures and such. However, lets say your teacher puts down something and that changes, for the better I would hope, then you can send in an official transcript before April 20th if its available (usually for quarter systems it will be) and it will offset whatever your midterm report said.

Wait another month before you send it, lol.

Cornell's midterm form says the filling periods(postmark dates) for Fall applicants is Feb 15- March 15.

theres no form on their application, or at least I didnt see one, so i never sent anything...its not listed anywhere among their supplemental forms nor does it say they require one

it is required and its part of the application
you should send it now

Look in the apply section of their admissions page.
You should be able to find a complete cornell app pdf. It's in there.

You're already almost 3 weeks past the deadline, so if you have the funds, I would send it in express or something. Good luck.

the deadline was extended to march 30th. Relax

i got a C+ in one of my classes for the mid term grades. how bad is this going to be?
