Cornell or Brown: Spring --> Fall?

<p>Can you apply for Spring 2006 transfer and if you get accepted, tell the admissions office to change that to Fall 2006?(Telling them excuses such as visa problems)</p>

<p>Brown has already admitted for spring 06. they did it the same time as fall transfers. </p>
