Hard to say without rank, your scores won’t keep you out, but Columbia is very tough for the unhooked from NY.

I would apply to the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell. Our school does not rank, but I am almost certainly in the top 15% at minimum. As I said, I am taking the most advanced curriculum offered at my high school.

What are my chances? What are my chances

Whether or not your school officially ranks, they will give colleges enough I fo to rank you. If you are not within the top 10%, chances of getting into either are remote.

A hook=recruited athlete, minority, legacy, development. These are the applicants that make up the few percent not in the top few percent of their class.
