Cornell raises tuition for 07-08

this is ridiculous. I hate cornell.

I can't pay for it anyways without financial aid. Hopefully they give out more grants to compensate.

This sucks.......what are they thinking?????

omg for real?!!?1?!?!?!?!

"this is ridiculous. I hate cornell."

so go somewhere else.

Seriously, is anybody surprised?

hey, my parents are thinking about buying a house in ithaca this year....if anyone is willing to rent some rooms, give us a call lol.

its our way of lowering tuition - being a NY resident heh

There is no doubt the current tuition is high, but if you really need financial assistance then they will compensate for the raise…and plus if you’re a resident the tuition is lower…lol.

I hope the contract colleges aren't as bad. I get tons of financial aid anyway so it's not too much of a concern for me.

I'm sure they'll give aid, but colleges cost so friggin much! (not just Cornell). It's ridiculous. Some colleges think that eliminating ED will help the poorer people get in, but what about these high friggin costs! Complete bs!

The ridiculously high price of higher education in general makes you ponder the idea of stratification…and there are so many things that can be done to fix it…lol what do you guys think about the saying “you get what you pay for”???
