I can change password from main menu (couldn’t a couple hours ago) and self service disappeared for me, don’t have records and enrollment either. i did not apply for FA

my finaid portal just changed too and says I’m not authorized for this page, I clicked ok and when I click change my password from finaid it looks like this now
is there any likely who can’t change password from main menu??
