Cornell RD Class of 2025

There seems to be a minority of applicants with both addresses as opposed to just one. LL recievers and luckiest who got his fin aid already all had two adresses I believe

Just wondering, if you’re waitlisted, does that mean that you will recieve less grants from Cornell University? I got waitlisted at another college and they said that if I get off the waitlist (and accepted), then I’m less likely to recieve funds from the school or smth like that.

no. Cornell meets full need for everyone

Is it completely blank or does it say “You have no pending financial aid at this time.”

what exactly do u mean abt addresses? like what in reg portal compared to what in finaid portal

thats what mine says

I honestly am now so stressed. Do you think that admits get to see their aid like @Luckiest2021

addresses in the applicant portal. Im just saying that ll recipients and the guy who got his aid released early had two addressed in their app portal

I think luckiest got lucky(haha) with some kind of glitch so far theyre the only one and cornell obv admits more than one person

I think the two addresses are for 1. permanent and 2. mailing
They want to verify that they are sending the stuff to the right place?

Really hoping two addresses is the one. Do all LL recipients see their finaid like Luckiest?

like “mailing address” and “permanent address” or smth else?

yeah but not everyone who gets in is on this forum right now

It seems like everyone has 2 addresses

I have 2 addresses but I’m allowed to edit/delete them? So prob not an indicator?

what are both addresses?

no. During ED only 1 person was able to see their aid beforehand.

A few hours before decisions are out everything on the portal will disappear apart from
the upload materials section. If you’re admitted your address won’t show underneath it when this happens

People with the likely letters didn’t get their aid, dw

wouldn’t this depend how you filled out your info tho? I can still add another address.

I think we have a semi unique situation here that could be helpful–I, as well as other ppl, have received likelies, which can help tell which signs might be real. (besides the financial aid grant one)
