Cornell RD Class of 2025

this is so stressful :sob:

Checkup the thread ppl posted steps to check you app# ?

Still can’t access the financial aid portal, but while in that screen, can click on General Profile Information. At the bottom of the page is IM Information. There is someone else’s email address and password in the UserID section!

Hmmmmmmmmmm

the lookup user id is inaccurate for me. i searched for a friend of mine who was rejected ed in 2020 and it still showed his name in the format of APP20-#######.

was just about to ask if anyone saw any rejected applicants in the app20/app21 thing

The “ you will be notified…” message on the top of the portal is an indicator ? I could not see it earlier but I can now

not me, all my friends who have been rejected in the past 2 years, their names are not there.

probably not because everyone seemed to have lost it at some point but you never know, everyone got it back so idts

I think if you had the message on top after your checklist was gone, you’re accepted. But after some time the message appeared for everyone. If you got that message before it became visible for everyone, you’re accepted

Ok so the wording of the message just changed for me

Yes she was accepted ED 2 years ago so it was binding! She’s a sophomore.

what does it say now?

where can we see this?

I had no message at 9AM est first wave checklist disappeared and now 2 hours later message appeared on top

I think we’re in a position to expect a waitlist, let’s hope for the best :crossed_fingers:

I just have “you will be notified… [today]”

If you type APP21-####, you would see about 200 names
If you type APP21-#####, you would see about 20 names
that means if the numbers were assigned by FA sequentially by last name, there are about 20% APP21-####### you can search for.
What does 20% mean? Nothing I believe!

before it said, “You will be notified of your decision on today, Tuesday, April 6 at 7pm (EST).”
now it says, “You will be notified of your decision today, Tuesday, April 6 at 7pm (EST).”

i think they were just fixing a grammar mistake it prob doesn’t mean anything
