Do I-banks recruit at Cornell? If so, do they recruit at Cornell's CAS or AEM? Both? Others?

They do recruit at Cornell. Cornell has “Cornell Days” with most of major firms - JP Morgan, Goldman, Morgan, Blackrock… Those firms invite 15-50 applicants to their firms for an all day or evening reception. They also come on campus for interviews. Cornell is quite organized on that front. Everything is online for students to apply and most of them are open to all students. There are some positions that are specific to a school, like IB technology recruit maybe be limited to CS or engineering, otherwise general IB analyst positions would be open to all students. Last year few sophomores were accepted to work at Goldman for one week during their spring break, and some were then hired as summer interns. My daughter is a math/econ in A&S, and she is able to apply to all of those positions. Many students from the Hotel school also go into IB from Cornell.

Absolutely, I-banks recruit at Cornell. And as oldfort said, usually open to all students.

Yes, banks recruit very aggressively at Cornell. Just helped my sister sort through the OCR listings, and I was really impressed - there are some jobs listed there that I thought only Harvard/Wharton had access to.
