<p>but I'm not entirely sure. They did make it very cryptic</p>

<p>the school report, teacher eval, and midterm report are all part of the common app.</p>

<p>I'll quote from their site if you do not believe me.</p>

<p>"All fee waivers and additional materials (financial aid application, school records, recommendations, etc.) should be sent to the Application Processing Center."</p>
