I just got an email from the admissions, and I am in !
@majesticben Congratulations! What college did you apply to? Could you please tell us what the email states?
Thought decisions start mid-november? Can you post the emai
@majesticben Congrats! Sorry to add onto the questions, but could I ask what college you got into? What were your stats like as well? I was under the impression that decisions came out mid-November so this is somewhat surprising
Accepted around noon today, by email!
Congrats! What college did you apply to?
I applied as AEM and I think most of the acceptance decisions in my college have been made this week. The rest of the colleges will come out in the coming weeks. Good luck!
Congrats, that’s awesome!! Would you mind sharing your stats?
My GPA is 3.95, SAT is 1590/1600, 11 AP’s that are 5’s and 2 AP’s that are 4’s.
This is for transferring, not a regular decision?
Like everyone else, I’m really surprised and not sure if I buy it.
I’m not sure what you mean by transferring, but I just applied AEM
@fredthed Congratulations! I thought you are someone study electrical engineering, and you apply to AEM at Cornell?I also saw you apply to Michigan and Rice. If you decided to study business, Michigan Ross does not accept transfer students. Rice does not have undergraduate business related program. The only common in these three schools is they all have engineering school. If you are accepted to Michigan engineering, how could you get into AEM with tons of engineering courses? No offense, just curious about this. Congrats to your acceptance again!
Thank you! I’m actually not an engineering major and most of my courses have been in economics/accounting and statistics/math/physics.
That’s great! Good luck to your future in Cornell!
Did you apply to financial aid?@fredthed
Yes I did!
just out of curiosity but are a lot of people in this forum TO (transfer option) students?
Congrats! But, last time I checked Dyson doesn’t accept spring transfer. Are u sure you applied for AEM?
Do we know it will start the 17th? Or would it be sooner, like starting tomorrow since tomorrow is Tuesday
@yeshecan2020 TO are only considered for fall admission I think.
@zigwammy i was told that it will start the 17th
