Is it worth attending Cornell Summer College? Specifically in the Engineering program?
D is a junior and looking to apply to Cornell and College of Engineering next year. Any experiences with the summer program? It's very expensive, but do students really get alot out of it...or just burnout after a rigorus junior year?
Any advice would be appreciated.

anyone? Looking for advice…deadline is coming up.

As a personal graduate from cornell summer college, I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Its really rigorous, but gives you a great taste of college life. I was not in engineering, but those students that were, learned a lot and gained a deep knowledge about the subject area. Its great for her if she’s unsure what she wants to go into as far as engineering goes. However, the cost is really high, so if she can find another more prestigious program that’s cheeper, she should go for that. However, if you can afford cornell, its worth it.
