<p>I think they prefer them being completed prior to application but having them in progress or scheduled to be completed before matriculation still looks good. I had e-mailed Cornell’s CALS admissions asking about the pre-reqs and they said they can be pretty flexible and encouraged making arrangements to take them during my school’s winter break. I’m not sure if the other colleges have stricter guidelines though.</p>
