a reallyreally basic question...

hi,

so when each college gives prerequisite courses for transfer applicants, should all the courses be completed DURING college? Or does it include my high school career as well? (like if i took chem in high school)
I'm a little confused b/c I'll be transferring in as a sophomore and i must complete all these courses during my freshman yr?
THanks!

ie) for cornell's human ecology:
General chemistry with lab (must be taken first year)
Introductory biology with lab
English composition
Calculus
Introductory Macro- or Microeconomics, psychology,
Anthropology, or sociology

That is a set of list of prerequisites you must complete prior to attending Cornell. You can have some of them in progress when you apply but you must finish them before you enroll at Cornell. Most transfer students enter as Juniors so I believe those are the courses you must complete during your freshmen and sophomore years.
