The typical triple in Clara Dickson is ~200-250 sq. ft. (this is a very rough approximation). There are 3 beds, 3 desks with small shelving units , 3 sets of drawers, 1 wardrobe and 2 walk-in closets. The closets are built into the wall and the furniture can be arranged freely by room occupants.
My daughter was in a triple at Dickson. The room is pretty good size and the 2 walk in closets are huge.
