Any suggestions?

Cornell's got the atmostphere I'm looking for.. however Siena has that gurantee. Do most people end up loving where they go even if it wasn't inititally their top choice? Thankyou in advance for any help!

I would definitely choose Siena/AMC over Cornell because the medical school guarantee outweighs the ivy league. Unless you are not 100% sure about becoming a doctor (i assume you since that is why you applied to BS/MD programs) I would choose Siena because then you don’t have to worry about going through this whole process again (applying, interviews, tests etc.) or working really hard to build up your resume with no certainty of which medical school you are going to.

On a side note, I had a similar dilemma between Cornell and SBU/GW. In the end, I chose SBU/GW because of the aforementioned reasons.
