Cornell vs U of Chicago vs Rice

Sorry for multiple posts on the forums but this is the dilemma I have..
Cornell (17k) U of Chicago (29k) Rice (16k).

I'm personally thinking about Rice and Cornell. I'm going into premed/chemistry. Which school would help me get into med school better? I know theres the acceptance rate but thats not a good factor. Any input would be nice. I personally don't mind the weather/location/size. I'm just worried about internships/medical ec's/prestige (even though it probably doesn't matter a lot)/ gpa. Which school would be the best for me?

Thanks

Bump urgent please!!!

Heard UChicago premed was ridiculously hard. You might want to verify on the UChicago forum.

UChicago has the hardest undergrad curriculum in the US.

go to Rice, I’ve heard some really good things about their pre-med

You can get into Med school as long as you have these factors: high gpa, high science gpa, and High MCAT score. If its between Cornell and Rice, then go to a school you feel most comfortable with. Being a senior in college, I understand now how important it is to surround yourself with students you can see yourself getting along with. Visit each of those schools again, meet with the pre-health advisor, meet with the pre-med clubs, visit the chem/orgo/bio classes and really experience which school would offer you a better value in education. Find out which university has either grade inflation/deflation. SPeak to the students in those pre-med classes, ask what the Professor curves the average to ( either a C or B usually). In my opinion, go to a school that , obviously, will give you a better grade for the average, especially when both schools, such as Cornell and Rice are great institutions.

I feel like you’d enjoy life most at Rice. It’s totally unlike the environment at Cornell or UChicago. Just my two cents.
