<p>My D really loved Villanova but has been accepted to Cornell as well. Villanova is closer to home but Cornell is tough to turn down, so she is very torn right now. Is Cornell very competitive and stressful in comparison to Villanova? Does anyone have any advice?</p>
<p>I fell in love with Villanova as well but their financial aid package was insane. My parents feel that if they are going to pay so much money they will only pay it for Cornell or Brown. I will be visiting the school from 4/12-4/14 and I really hope I like it as much as Villanova. Although my heart wast set on NOVA’ s mechanical/Biomedical engineering I can’t see paying their sticker price when I can attend an ivy for the same price. Plus, major companies from NY, NJ, CT, PA and other states do heavy recruiting at Cornell and the goal after college is to get a good paying job.</p>
