Has anyone who got accepted off the list gotten their financial award package yet? Its been three days and I haven’t seen mine, getting a little nervous…
Hi, has anyone seen any movement in CALS? Also, what are the chances of getting the transfer option if you are just waitlisted right now?
Cornell college of Arts and sciences has also started on their waitlist since 04/23/20. Good luck to all!
Has anyone been taken off the CAS waitlist yet?
@jamie819 I am waiting for my fin aid package as well. I emailed and they said it takes a few days to process and that we would receive an email when it was ready. They will send it before May 1st don’t worry!
@SAYSA where did you hear that about the CAS waitlist?
@zokaitlyn - saw 1 acceptance message on Reddit.
Human Ecology WL move?
will there be movement for the CALS waitlists this year for NY residents?
Has anyone heard anything from Cornell for COE since 4/23? I’m waitlisted COE still, so I guess that may be it for me too if they have stopped sending them out
It’s definitely not over for you! They admitted people so early because they knew that they already had the availability in the class, but I am sure that some people have not responded to their offers yet so they will probably have some spots open up after May 1.
Anyone hear of anything about SHA since 1 or 2 people posted that they got in on 4/23? Expecting a bigger wave after May 1?
has anyone heard anything recently from cornell’s waitlist? it seems that they admitted a few students last week and then stopped?
Heard from a counselor that Human Ecology has not gone to Waitlist yet. Heard same thing…few scattered admits last week. Next week should be the big week…probably starting Wed or Thurs I am guessing because they probably need a couple of days to assess the situation post-deposits.
im guessing theyve admitted their first batch of students on 4/23 to see what their yield would look like. Students are usually given 7 days to accept their offer (4/30), so by May 1 they should have a better view on how their yield looks and will start pulling more students then
I wonder why they give 7 days when other schools (like ucla) give 3
The Cornell Engineering must be an exception, as they give students admitted off the waitlist 24 hours to decide.

I just want them to come out and reject me already. I have taken way too many Ls that one more won’t affect me anymore.
S got an email from CAS saying he is on the top of the WL and asking if he continues to be interested when they re-review the application
I haven’t heard anything back from CALS. But ik the other schools like CAS are looking into their waitlist options
