yeah i need to pick up my transcripts tomorrow most likely i will have to see. i also was going to apply for financial aid but I am pretty sure I will not qualify; not too sure. 3250 is a lot but isn’t TOO much you know what im saying
i think the website is sort of up at the moment for davis; i am on the page where i can put in my responses; although i am not sure if i can submit most likely not its just varying at the moment for me.
Does anyone know that if you can save the confirmation page and print it out later if you cant print it out right after you submit your application. Because I don’t have a printer at home so I need to print it at school
its not working at all for me! Might wake up middle of the night and try when most people are sleeping

@cincandyful If it’s any comfort, I finished up my app this morning (like 1 AM) and the site was super fast - no lagging or database errors

hey cosmos alum here! (and first post yay)
so i went to ucsd cluster 1: computers in everyday life (best cluster)
and it was an AMAZING experience
some quick advice:
what i’ve heard is that essays are essentially the most important part of your application
honestly i thought that most of the kids got into cosmos last year because of their essay.
its not so much depended on grades/test scores
so make sure to polish up all of your essays!
also,
the most competitive programs are usually at ucsd and ucdavis (i think?)
at ucsd, i know that clusters 1,6,9 have been the most popular.
cluster 5 at ucsd is usually the least popular
also especially in physics, computer science, and math clusters, being a girl is definitely really helpful.

So is it true that COSMOS may extend the application deadline because of the lag? If it’s true, I will jump for joy.
I emailed them today, and I got the response “There will be no deadline extensions this year”. Don’t get your hopes up
