how competitive is video game design and comp networking and robotics at ucsc?
Do they take your cluster choice into consideration when deciding who to admit? I didn’t get into UCD and my mom thinks it’s because my first choice wasn’t related to my STEM experience
@CtrlAlt I didn’t get into UCD either, which came as a shock and a really nasty surprise… I thought I had a really good chance of getting in, and now I’m honestly terrified, because I’m pretty sure that getting into COSMOS is easier than actually getting into UCs for college.

My daughter was admitted into UCI for Cluster 1 Engineering! Received the email a little after four o’ clock.

Does anyone know where to locate the status page? I’d like to see where I am on the waitlist, and for which cluster, which COSMOS implied I could access in the email they sent.
Ah, nevermind. I just reread the email and they said statuses will be available after 5pm. Not sure if I can wait another 24 minutes, however…

@jmh311 … being waitlisted is a good thing. I think you will probably get in because about 2-3 people drop out due to other commitments. Keep your fingers crossed
