About how many students are there per cluster?
@Neverwin: at least for UCD, I believe the handbook said that we’ll get the room assignments on the day of, but I’m not sure about UCI. Maybe you could email the staff? 
@doo: there are 20 people per cluster, except for UCD Cluster 7, which has 40 people
@NeverWin not sure, but for UCSD the roommate assignments will be announced on the opening day July 8.

Does anyone know if people going to UCI COSMOS get a handbook or something as well? Also, has anyone gotten an email from UCI COSMOS after the Housing Questionnaire on April 6?
@NeverWin I’m going to UCI cosmos and they emailed me the housing questionnaire on April 6. As for the handbook, I’m not sure.

People going to UCD, are you bringing/renting a bike? Does anyone know of a good place to rent from?
@boldy: I asked a friend who went last year and he said that cosmos will organize a way to rent bikes within the program

I dont thnk we get them before hand, I am going to UCI for cluster 4: chemical biology, all I did was submit the roomate survery but we don’t get the assignments
anyone at UCI get anything like a handbook, bc my friend going to UCSC said she had an online orientation, but we haven’t had anything like that? what are guys bringing in terms of school supplies, because none of the suggested materials go over what we need for class???
@futuremed68 for ucsc, when you open your portal, there was an admission packet link. also could you ask your friend what she means by an online orientation, cause im pretty sure she just means the admission packet right
@futuremed68 Apparently they were doing room assignments last week… They also said they would send out an email by Friday LAST week (06/23/18) with more information, but they never did.
So yeah, we have none of those things and we have been given no information so far about it a bit more than a week out…
As for school supplies, I guess we would bring the standard things… probably pencils, pens, erasers, a calculator, maybe some kind of paper. I would think you should bring the things you would bring to school on a daily basis.
@thaiboba i asked my friend and she said that there was a video call for all of UCSC cosmos, where the coordinators talked about it, it was not just the admission packet

Oof I didn’t even know this forum existed, but I got accepted into Cluster 1 at UCD! Is there a group chat or anything for the COSMOS program there? I’d love to meet you all!
@YunatheTuna hey!! Congratulations! I got accepted into Cluster 7 at UCD I don’t think there is one so far, but I did make a facebook group though you can’t post links on here so only 2 other people have joined haha. But if you’d like to join still it’s called COSMOS UCD 2018! I can’t wait to meet you and everyone else as well!
