For anyone applying to cosmos, or any alumni from cosmos, could I get some advice on what you wrote for why you chose the cluster you chose? Did you talk about any specific experience that made you want to join that cluster or did you just talk about your passion for that field?
I went to COSMOS at UCSD and was in Cluster 3 Living Oceans and Global Climate Change.
I wrote about how my AP Environmental Science class spurred my interest in protecting the environment, why I thought studying climate change was important, and what I hoped to gain from that cluster. So talk about your passion and if you have a specific experience that motivated you then definitely write about it! Good luck
